All products sold on Smartly Minted — including eBooks, digital templates, AI prompt packs, and other digital tools — are delivered via:

- Email with access/download link (immediately after payment)

2. Delivery Timeline
In most cases, your digital product is available immediately after successful payment.
You should receive your product via:

- A confirmation email with a secure link within 5–10 minutes

3. Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following:
- You did not receive the download link
- The link has expired or is not working
- The file is inaccessible or corrupted

4. No Physical Shipping
Smartly Minted does not ship any physical products. If you receive any request claiming to deliver a physical item on behalf of Smartly Minted, please ignore it and notify us immediately.
