Refund Policy

At Smartly Minted, we strive to provide high-quality digital resources and valuable content designed to help creators, entrepreneurs, and knowledge seekers thrive.
Because of the nature of digital products, we kindly ask you to review our refund policy before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product Sales Are Final
All sales of digital downloads, templates, eBooks, Notion packs, and other intangible products on Smartly Minted are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, we cannot revoke access or guarantee it hasn’t been saved or copied — which is why refunds are not typically offered.
2. Exceptions
We may consider a refund only under the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same product due to a billing error
- You accidentally purchased the wrong item and notify us before downloading/accessing it
- The file you received is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to replace it within 72 hours
For all refund requests, email hello@smartlyminted.com with:
- Your full name
- Order ID or receipt
- Reason for your request
We respond within 3 business days.
3. No Refunds for:
We cannot offer refunds in cases such as:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the format/content when it matches the description
- Failure to download or access due to unsupported devices or user error
- Affiliate or third-party products purchased through our links
